I recommend a Hydrow, especially if you would appreciate some ongoing guidance/motivation.
Excellent tutorials on form, plus the videos include yoga, free weights, Pilates, etc beyond just rowing.
Phenomenal workout /training.
Not cheap.

@gregdoucette.bsky.social .... apart from naked partisanship...is there a legal ground they could actually stand on to rule in favor of this?
I hate feeling like the Judicial system has turned into "My team, my rules" on everything and there's no common understanding of rules anymore.

Have you weighed in on the NC Courts Election nonsense? When is this ever going to end and how? (Or maybe it finally got resolved and I missed it in the firehose of other terrible things happening these days)

My point is that I love WFH and it's so much better for me personally... But I'm on the other side of the "networking curve" vs more junior members of the team.
I fear there's a trade-off being made and we're not doing a good job considering the impact on early career growth

2. Anecdotally, we saw "networks" (defined by people you talk to via email/zoom/chats etc) shrink during COVID WFH. My understanding is women/minorities saw their networks shrink significantly more than white dudes.

I'm a huge fan of WFH, but 2 points to consider:
1. Mentoring/career growth for junior employees is much harder if they can't grow their network --- much easier to meet someone in a hallway/lunch vs online.
