I have normally ended up picking something weaker. But I have been burned too many times by people not being able to communicate how strong their deck is. Leading to many frustrating matches. I am getting to the point that if they can't explain their decks strengthen I will just use my cEDH deck.

Loved the set review! Was telling my partner while we were driving to the LGS listening to it how I love that you guys have no idea what any IP is you just enjoy good cards.

I feel FFVII is overrated. As other people have mentioned if you like Crono Trigger FFVI is a good one to start. FFVIII and FFX are both really good.
