I was originally going for an actual unaltered frog and lizard sitting next to each other, but that would be lazy. And boring. So I made a carnivorous lab project that breached containment instead!

I don't really deserve *THAT* many likes on my tokentober prompts.

Mostly bc I do my best to draw them by ear and not by reference. So expect day 4 to be a little harder to do. Well for me anyways.

I do want to edit that spider token so the creature is on a table or smth, idk. 🤔🎨

Did you know that different types of spiders have different eye layouts? Google it, if you dare. These are wolf spider eyes on an orb spider body. I know, so rebellious of me.

An angry spider about to pounce, as a token. Look at how high it can reach! Just realizing now that the Reach is probably from spinning a web? Not because it has particularly long arms? Oh well, no web. Just long arms. art direction feels a little stilted here just with initial previews

They are both well drawn, don't get me wrong, it's just gonna feel weird drafting this set and half the cards are in the more traditional mtg style and half anime
