Feels like all the confidence I built up over the last 5 years is gone now. I'm so unsure that everything is going to be OK. My sister and I aren't ready to be the ones holding everything together.

Scared and anxious all the time. Takes all I have just to hold it together throughout the day. Then I come home and see the state my mother is in and it's a punch to the gut.

2025 kicked my ass and I guess it all caught up with me. I didn't think that getting laid off would have a big effect on me, but mixed with losing my apartment, my mother getting badly sick, it's too much.
