As mentioned before (and stated over & over again by rahaeli who fights those laws), those laws de-anonymize every single internet user, and that personal info can be used for censorship and/or retaliation by the state.

Privacy is not only a right, it also keeps people safe, kids included.

(Post 1) Because marginalized people are the ones whose speech is most often disapproved of, the burden and conseguences of deanonvmization laws falls extremely disproportionately on them, and always will. No one should ever support mandatory age verification, ever. (Post2) Remember: You can't force a site or service to treat minors differently than adults without requiring EVERY USER to establish whether they're an adult. Which is, inherently, a deanonymization mandate, because to verify age, you must verify identity. (Post 3) Zero of the "zero knowledge, anonymous age verification" systems ever created are truly anonymous: it cannot be done to the degree these laws require. And placing barriers to access in front of adults excludes a significant number of adults.

I think your Blue Heart Emoji list might need some combing through, as I've discovered quite a few accounts on there who simply had rainbow flags in their profile, or fandom accounts, or furry accounts...

Found more than 20 (didn't reach the end of the list, so there are probably more)

I have an Android (Samsung Galaxy), and my Gallery app does have the function of copying text in an image.

So, no excuse for Android users either. Plus there are Alt-Text Generators available too.

Shelves at the local secondhand materials and tools depot. They are stacked with boxes containing all sorts of papers, ranging from fax rolls to noteblocks to separate sheets. There's even a box of envelopes. (I need to visit that place again)

They could probably add a few kilometres by reworking these rather straight lines that go right through the Jura foothills to Augusta Raurica (compared to today's roads) 😁

The apple cakes I made today. There's eight in total, six inside a small white baking pan, two sitting outside the baking pan (no space). They are golden brown in color, and filled with delicious self-made apple sauce.

Romans apparently hat some very weird roads towards Augusta Raurica (CH), straight through the foothills of the Jura mountain range 🤔

Did something today... 😁😎 Just wanted to make it a bit less welcome for the religidiots, which arrived about 10 minutes after I finished...

It's the first sentence in German from Matthew 6:1 (although I took some freedom with the translation for "righteousness" 😁)

My German Version based on the Luther bible : "Habt aber acht, dass ihr eure Selbstgerechtigkeit nicht übt vor den Leuten, um von ihnen gesehen zu werden [...]." The Luther bible uses "Gerechtigkeit" in that sentence, with the meaning of social fairness, compassion, and justice. However, the English "righteousness" can be translated to "Selbstgerechtigkeit", which usually means a holier-than-thou, dogmatic conviction of your own views and pushing them onto others.

How I spent my afternoon... ❤️

Watching the match between the local FC Basel Women's team against the Young Boys Bern Women's team (yellow-black) from my hometown.

I may be living in Basel for almost 15 years now, but my football heart is still in my hometown. ✌️

YB also won 3:0
Football match in play between FCB Women and Young Boys Women. In that moment, the YB women are controlling the ball and on the move towards the goal. The match was held at the at the much smaller athletics stadium, so you can see the seated tribune in the background, filled with people. At the front, you can see a part of the FCB women bench with several players watching the game with great attention. The YB women celebrating their win with the fans who travelled to Basel for the game. The players are crouching on the tracking ground (which runs around the playing field), while the fans are sitting or kneeling on the stands while applauding the players. They both jumped up moments later. Behind the players, you can see the playing field, and even further back, you can see now empty seated tribune.

Made yeasted pumpkin bread rolls instead of a single loaf (mostly bc I didn't have a small enough baking pan)

6 yeasted pumpkin bread rolls after the second poofing. The rolls are neatly arranged in a small cast-iron skillet/pan and waiting to be put in the oven. The same six rolls after baking, still sitting in the cast-iron skillet/pan. The rolls now have a lovely golden brown color and the whole arrangement in the pan looks a bit like a flower. (Cam't wait to have some for breakfast tomorrow!)

Just wanted to share this view I came across yesterday evening in my city.

The tower in the middle is apparently part of the new building for the local natural history museum... I hope the tower platform on top will be open to the public to get a nice view.
