Hey, I saw you are a systems engineering graduate student(handshake) and I am going into systems engineering next year. What’s the best part of systems engineering and what would you say is the worst?

What about your other employees? If one person can go hybrid, you could’ve probably transitioned the other employees to a remote role and reduced office space. I am sure you had a lease, but that was a sunk cost which you would never have to pay again once your lease was over.
