Total #housing starts jumped 11.2% (MoM) in February to an annual rate of 1.5 million, 2.9% lower than last year. Single-family home starts were up 11.4% to an annual rate of 1.1 million, 2.3% lower than last year. Permits were slightly lower last month. #realestate #economy
