Soft paywalls sure. But to make the entire app only available to those who pay would be near suicide. Sure paying users are 20-50x more valuable than a singular free user but social media networks need numbers to thrive. As desperate as they are to profit I doubt this happens but who knows
I think it’s been a spow rampart pf making the app increasingly unbearable to use. I think when he finally makes it pay-walled is when we see people abandon it entirely and leaving it an unusable cesspool of paid blue checks.
