That would be a powerful statement. In a time of fear and confusion, people will remember the ones who listened to them and the ones who stepped up for them.

Would you hold the town hall that your opponent won't? Will you listen to the people they ignore? Will you offer ways the citizens can address the current situation and stand with them as they do? Will you be the leader your opponent should have been?

I live in a red state and I can say that many of my fellow citizens are frustrated right now. Our representatives and senators won't answer the phones, some of them shut down voicemail after hours, and they won't hold town halls.
