What? No I wouldn't consider that normal at all unless you mean like they were dealing with irl stuff and couldn't contact you. But like if you mean ghosting you that's insanely fucked up if they still owe you art.

Thankfully with the power of alts there can always be a version for both scenarios! :D (assuming you / the artist is willing to put in the extra time to do so.)
