CRABBIE RAN A 10k today! The last year and half has been tough, this is the first race back from two hip surgeries and of course ran it with BTS and Jin’s Running Wild was the finish line theme song and life feels better now.

BTS is always inspiring and motivating. While they were on ‘hiatus’ crabbie took care of some health stuff and is getting back to running again and training for a 10k in October! BTS is back, and crabbie is happy to be running w/ them again 💜🦀

2025 has been an exhausting year, but this little crab snagged tickets to see Hobi today, and that makes things just a little bit better. 💜🦀🫰🏻
