100% this, at least when working remotely. The fuckers that drop by your desk and ask can absolutely do one.

Was something a bit "chitty chitty bang bang" about that car too, hated it. Doctor Who is always a bit tongue in cheek but those cars felt boarder line slap stick at times.

Could have been worse, he could have been in the other one. Hated the "whomobile" more.

Stairs are just extra storage.

Only 17/20 but still some how old enough to have seen a few things on that list come, go and in a few cases come back and be used by hipsters.

Hopefully waterbeds won't be added to that last category.

If they didn't use AI to write it, there is something a bit "turkeys voting for Christmas" about the whole thing.

If you didn't know what sticky back plastic was, what were you even covering your school books with?

Bluesky needs to label this image nsfw!

Because a lot of people don't understand what AI is, or supposed to be.

We are at the point where it's just used as a handy wavy term in place of a having to explain a solution they don't understand.

You’re in a park walking along the path when all of the sudden you look down, and you see a delivery robot. You reach down, flip the robot over. The robot lays on its back, belly baking in the sun, spinning its wheels trying to turn itself over, but it can’t. But you’re not helping. Why is that?

People in advertising must be an entirely different type of person.

Can not imagine trying to tell my boss I spent weeks doing nothing more than glorified google searches.

I'd be looking at a P45 by day 3.

When your cat turns up smelling of cigarettes and lavender perfume, just know he's had second dinner round that pensioners house.

Don't draw glasses and a beard on the egg though, might get taken down due to looking too much like Sir Clive Sinclair

Yeah, like people wouldn't purposely go a few mph over the limit just to make a swear word show up on a sign.

Have you met people before?

There is a term in software development, "dogfooding". The idea that the people making the thing should be using and testing it as an incentive to make it better.

Maybe MPs would vote differently if they didn’t have a choice of opting out using public services. NHS, pensions, public transport etc.

Not with modern controllers, used some offbrand/fake retro controllers (ps3 and earlier) and they all felt a bit off. clunky etc.

I'd hope modern clone were better, but suspect not.

AFAIK real boxes have their colour listed on the bottom right.

The print on the buttons for that camo button are off which is also another thing to look for. Can't see the share/option text on any of them either, might just be bad angle on the photos.

Potentially but also a bit of a London/big city thing. Small town I'd be more likely to say it, bigger city I'd just be getting my elbows out.

Like in a small town I'm much more likely to say "Morning" randomly passing someone but would never do that in the city.
