I finally accepted that Americans who voted for Tr^mp knew it was going to be brutal. They just bet that it wouldn't be them in the line of 🔥. So, it's not my responsibility to educate anyone or appeal to their better nature. Nor is it my job to make them feel good about their terrible choice.

Republican lawmakers who are riding this wave of power seem to not realize that they're going to be beached on the decimated remains of democracy just like the rest of us while Elon Musk rules the world. Emperor Musk has no need for lawmakers.

*I'm assuming they have amazing hacking skills to get into systems where they haven't been given complete access.
