i mean there's your issue right there, using kubuntu instead of something more consistent like mint

idk man if you're using mint and you need to troubleshoot something for more than like 20 minutes i think you should just not use a computer

btw if you're reading this and you have any passing interest in linux: PLEASE do your own research and look into possibly getting into linux! there is absolutely a learning curve to using it and not everything is gonna work out of the box but i promise when it works, it fucking WORKS
