In the before times, the government understood that basic medical care to everyone despite their ability to pay/legal status benefited the public. Diseases like drug resistant TB were identified, treated, and stopped from spreading. Death and disability were prevented. It was humane and moral.

Tin foil hat time: Trump is a tool. His usefulness is declining and he's becoming a liability. A false flag event such as a serious injury, attack, or demise of POTUS blamed on the left would cause massive outrage, sweeping JD into power and giving him a mandate.

The dossier did not state there was a golden shower. Prostitutes, egged on by Trump, urinated on the bed that Obama had previously slept on. Trump watched. Totally believable knowing the petty and juvenile nature of Trump.
