I respect billionaire Bill Gates’ advocacy on behalf of USAID and the Gates Foundation’ s longtime substantial funding of health care programs around the world. Billionaire Musk could unilaterally fund USAID but I’ve never heard of him contributing 5 cents to benefit anyone but trump - and himself
