Chicago Police are having a hard time doing their jobs, because of ICE agents overloading the 911 system with fake calls.

Not many sneak into USA via the Chicago River or Lake Michigan (the only Great Lake that doesn't border any other country). But armed feds tried to intimidate our city... by joining the architecture tour crowds. Real tough guys.

I'm so proud of my husband @davidfrenchjag.bsky.social, who puts up with a lot of unmerited criticism but also has moments like this.

He writes the truth, which resonates with reasonable people across partisan lines. May we all one day be united again.
