Mpls - observer on bike this afternoon was knocked over andpunched in the face; 3. NE Mpls witnessed abduction this morning

This will be my last response on this string. The police were concerned about the possibility of escalating violence and blockaded the area around Mr. Pretti’s murder at the hands of ICE.

They have 3000 heavily armed federal agents on the ground in our city. Our entire police dept is 600. What exactly would you have the city or state do? If you say respond with law enforcement, how would that end?

What actions exactly do you propose? I am serious. I really don’t know what to do. We are watching Congress sit on their hands, mega law firms and elite colleges crawling on ground glass, young adults being snatched from colleges. I am disgusted and fearful for our future.

I was at a remote location in Columbia earlier this year and had my first experience using Starlink. I found it to be not particularly reliable and would regularly stop working altogether. I hope other developers step in with improved product - for multiple reasons!
