Could be either. Both Kisunla & Leqembi are anti-amyloid monoclonal antibodies for early Alzheimer’s.
I've been thinking he has Frontotemporal Dementia, not Alzheimer's. If he's getting either of those drugs, I suspect he has elevated amyloid pathology, like amyloid PET or CSF biomarkers.
