Jómfrúin - Scandinavian Kitchen - We had a classic fish/shrimp sandwich and the roast pork and salmon beet salad - the recommended pairings were phenomenal!

My favorite Italian pastry is the Crostata!

A Crostata is typically made with apricot jam and served any time of day with coffee/tea. This crostata has pears, almonds and sprinkled with powdered sugar. Lemon zest and olive oil help make up the pastry.

Best served with pistachio honey ice-cream!
