Hi Poppopking! Yes, ours was heavy as well. I shoveled yesterday while hubbs finished clearing out the old carpet. We had a plumber come to do a check and getting a new hot water heater proactively this am. Hope you rest \ stay safe over there going to be cold. Polar vortex.⛄ Enjoy winter puff puff.

You will love this from 50's! This house only has two eras... 1938 and 50's remodel \ kitchen extension \ bath \ front vestibule and screened back porch on concrete slab. We may need to partially remodel bath for space and aging eventually but love this solid wood cabinetry \ vintage counters.🤗
