Sourdough update!
After watching an episode of Baking With Julia from 1997 with guest Joe Ortiz, I was compelled to sprinkle a little cumin in my starter when I fed it this morning.

(It’s an experiment, I also fed per usual)

This place feels like moving into a new home and having to use a bowl to drink your first coffee because you haven’t found the mugs yet
