It is very cruel. I’m so sorry. Divorce and family deaths create new alliances and it’s quite awful. There’s one I know atm where a new alliance is undermining co-parenting to the detriment of all.

I miss my dad who died 31 years ago last week. Sadly estranged children happens quite a lot.
