Why Palestine Matters So Much to Queer People
Palestinian identity can “upend the whole world order, if done right, if spun right, if we activate it enough. And I think queerness is a very similar kind of identity.”

4 - the Israeli military can threaten entire blocks of town to leave their town or get blasted from the air.

that's dystopian enough. but, again, it is happening during an ostensible ceasfire.

Israel announced that they will bomb two villages in Southern Lebanon

That’s how they do it. They tell you that they will violate the ceasefire for the thousandth time, and there will be no consequences.

This video breaks our hearts just imagining the conversations they had, what they planned after the genocide, the dreams they visualized together. Israel killed Mohammad Salama and took Hala Benasfour's lover away from her. Glory to the martyrs.

Those trying to downplay Syrian state-forces murdering innocent civilians do nothing but encourage the next atrocity. So if the goal is to protect the state's image, it's a very short-sighted one. Not to mention the culture of denial it creates, reminiscent of the Assad regime.

Prior to the Suwayda events, the majority of Druze-Syrians disliked Al-Hijri, were optimistic of the state, and fierce advocates for a united Syria. Following the massacres, and the disgusting attempt to whitewash them, that majority feels betrayed.

And the truth is, they were.

My god - Around *100* trans prisoners who were in Iran’s Evin prison are missing after the Israeli strike flattened their section of the prison. 100.

The current death toll is 79. The 100 trans people are presumed dead, which would more than double the death toll.

The IbrahimforGaza's kitchen was targeted by Israel. Four of their volunteers were killed in northern Gaza and they also had to suspend feeding people in Nuseirat as their volunteers were injured there too.

I can personally vouch for the group
