CrossWorlds has events where you play a team game mode for points to earn cosmetics. The problem is there are titles for being in the Top 1000, 100, and 10 highest point earners by the end. The system for this is poorly thought out and encourages you to kill yourself on top of 2x point RNG factors.

Used to have a tradition where I would draw Morrigan Darkstalkers every October, though I've missed the past few years.

Was thinking if I could muster up the drive I'd do it again, but I'd want her to be doing something cool like using her jet thrusters or her Finishing Shower super art...🤔

The Miku Festival for Sonic CrossWorlds was really fun, but they REALLY have to make it 12 hours each day. I didn't like constantly worrying about my friend @ultimashadow.bsky.social's life. 🤣

My personal gadget setup involves that one gadget that immediately raises your drift level when you pivot, and its gotten me some super clutch endings where I was able to catch up with people on the final straightaway by snaking a ton and taking advantage of the boosts.

For my money I think top speed as a stat is the biggest noob trap in the game, since so much of the game is based around turns that you SHOULDN'T take at max speed (shoutouts to that one turn in Chao Park). I'd look into more of the gadgets that give you boosts like the drift and ring boost ones.
