I couldn't disagree more. He isn't forging a foreign policy that is good for America. He is destroying the very system of alliances that have allowed us the power and prestige we've gained over the years.

‘Losing a war’ doesn’t make dispossession fair. Arabs rejected a non-binding UN plan that gave most of a majority-Arab land to a minority. Under modern international law you can’t grab territory or expel civilians by force. “Victor keeps spoils” isn’t justice. Nor does it justify genocide.

That graphic cherry-picks history. This land has had many names under Romans, Ottomans and the British, and Palestinians lived there long before 1948. Saying “no Palestinian state” is not a gotcha, peoplehood and rights don’t vanish for lack of a modern passport. Nor does it justify genocide.

By that logic, shouldn’t we hand the keys back to the Canaanites or Jebusites first? Jerusalem’s been sacred to multiple peoples long before any of our current religions showed up. History is layers, not a “who was here first” ticket booth.
