What if Fern said 'Instants and Sorceries you've spent 2 or less mana on have split second'? It ties it into her other ability more, though it is much more powerful.

I'm sorry if you've had some bad experiences with stores in the past, but no good store is going to do this. Buying singles is the "correct" thing to do, but you shouldn't be scared to buy packs from your LGS and if you are, find a new LGS.

This company stop supporting their own judge system. I find it extremely unlikely that they will give this decision a second thought.

I had a friend who put this in their BW lifegain deck to not die to commander damage. The deck wasn't great, but I do agree that it was a good card for the deck.

It's just very consistent and free-ish life gain, which I'm pretty sure the deck really wants.

I played a Blue White deck when this was in standard to cheat Blightsteel Colossus into play. Wasn't the best deck, but it was good enough to win some FNMs. Very fun card.
