Edgar is the open minded and supportive man of the story who isn't a main character, but played and continues to play an unimaginably huge role in the live of one of them. Also he's a devout Luciferian, calling any fellow Luciferian hostile to any of his family a fake follower of The Lightbringer.

Fast forward a few years and Lee is under the apprenticeship of their uncle while attending medical school, and they conduct funerals together, with Edgar secretly hoping Lee will actually not spend their entire life being a mortician but will be someone to help the living. 🧵

Eventually he became the only member of the family openly supportive of his nephew/niece when they came out, despite not understanding most of it, but trusting the young family member with their own decisions. 🧵

He got to work in the funeral business for others, first getting many weird looks because of his species, until he managed to become co-owner, then sole owner of the business, providing the thankless care for many people through the years. 🧵

One character who will be part of my comic eventually is Edgar Graves (not his birth name), the uncle of Lee (one of the main characters) who is a ghoul and a funeral director. He arrived to the unnamed country where my story takes place about 40 years before my story. 🧵
