Each January, residents whose property taxes are paid through a mortgage escrow are encouraged to confirm that the payment was received.

Homeowners can review their current property tax balance by contacting their mortgage company or by visiting the Nashville Trustee’s website. 🏠

Tax Relief Faces Funding Uncertainty: Should the program be discontinued, participants would be responsible for the full property tax amount due.

This would make maintaining home ownership harder for nearly 6,600 seniors, disabled veterans, and disabled homeowners.
