The way the law is written, it IS retroactive, but how enforced that will be, by the websites or the state, is unknown. Sexworkers who cam from NC (and maybe AL?) have already had streaming rights removed from Streamate, OnlyFans is already complying, and Chaturbate has confirmed they will be.
