Would really like to ask those super duper smart founding fathers if having the people who investigate and prosecute things report to the people who need to be investigated and prosecuted was their best idea.

Would really like to ask those super duper smart founding fathers if having the people who investigate and prosecute things report to the people who need to be investigated and prosecuted was their best idea.

Not enough clear explanation to the public that there are some matters a lawless president can do that can be reversed on a whim to the status quo (tariff today, none tomorrow) and ones that can't (attempts to shut down agencies, encourage career civil servants to leave, kill off soft power, etc)

When we Christians are more known for our support of presidents than we are for our support of the poor, the immigrant, the marginalized, and the oppressed, that is when we know we are following someone other than Jesus and we have a lot of repenting to do.
