Firehose played Spring Concert at Carleton college in 1991, I believe. It was great, and at the end, Mike Watt gave my friend his tattered plaid flannel shirt

I read the transcript of that hearing. Still not sure why she joined ICE, but she said she "stupidly" joined DOJ when asked. She also said she was trying as hard as she could to free as many detainees as possible. She seemed genuinely upset about the situation

I can't even describe the heartbreak I feel for Minnesota. I came here when I was 18. It immediately felt like home, so I stayed. All the things I love about it are the reasons we're being attacked. Our liberalism, our diversity, our community, our rejection of the white supremacy espoused by MAGA

I don't know her, but she was working for a small suburban firm. It might have been hard to make money there. That firm did misdemeanor prosecution for several towns, so working for ICE wasn't a stretch. She regrets it now, though

I drove past the Governors mansion on Friday and waved at the older gent holding an Abolish ICE sign. I think I saw him on Ford and Cleveland last week, holding a Trump Lies sign

I doubt it would have helped them. It was, I believe, an anonymously sourced article in the Federalist. I certainly wouldn't have been willing to attach that, although I also wouldn't have brought a frivolous complaint against a judge i regularly appear before

We've had some bad AGs in Minnesota, who seemedmore interestedin self promotion than publicservice. I've been impressed with Keith, particularly with regards to government overreach

Jeez, I'm no fan of Dan Rosen (we took Trial Practice together at the U from his dad), but his religion is totally irrelevant to his lawyering. Not surprising that Bovino thinks that way, tho
