Thank you. It was the hardest thing I've ever done. We had some help but it was an intense 24/7 ride that required me to step away from work. The first 2 years were blocks of 3-4 months of 24/7 then 3-4 mos. w/other family then back to us; the last 5 years were fulltime in our home around the clock.

I took care of my MIL in advanced and final stage dementia in our home for 7 years. I recognize what is happening to Trump because I walked alongside it 24/7.

I'm not convinced he wrote this. The man is bonkers and dementia signs are everywhere. But I think it's highly likely this admin is putting out posts "written by Trump" to put the focus on his social media. Sleight of hand, as they release or update something they don't want immediate eyes on.

I started getting terrible headaches at night last year. It seems to stem from my neck position. I’ve started sleeping on one flat neck-designed pillow & consciously moving my neck back into better alignment with my spine during the day & it’s helped. Grinding my teeth can cause it too.
