I've heard that many people do the same with dosing and do very well. We do need data though.

Really misguided. I do think we are going to figure out tapering, maintenance and cycling on and off in the long term. I don't imagine though for a moment that this data is going to come from Lilly or Novo.

A very astute observation here. Also, suggesting interventions that do not scale is another way of limiting cost concerns. But the language around this, just, uck.
