Campaigning is all about listening and after more than 6 months, I've learned the people of Ward 8 than I ever thought possible.

I also got to see some cool landmarks.

Grateful to receive the endorsement of two-term Ward 8 Councillor Evan Woolley.

He was a strong voice for Ward 8 and brought positive change to our City.

As Calgary grows we're seeing lots of change and parking comes up a lot.

As a rule of thumb, boring government is a sign of high success and should be a goal for voters. No news, no grandstanding, really is good news.

Outsource the boring hard work to competent elected representatives so that the rest of us can get on with doing the things in life we like doing! 😁

Rezoning has taken the conversation, but is just one of 98 actions in the Housing Strategy. Moving backwards on this means moving backwards on all housing.

That's why I am the only Ward 8 candidate who will not repeal it, but instead look to the future to ensure we get people housed, for good 2/

We've been knocking doors non-stop for over 6 months and as you can imagine, you hear it all.

At some doors I hear that people want better transit, safer streets, lower taxes, or more parks.

But at other doors, Polly just wants a cracker.
