That's a long time. I used to draw in pencil and eventually got brave enough to use ink and copics, but always wary of something going wrong. Once I was near the end of a sketch and my cat jumped on the desk, I jumped and skitted the pen across the page so I added falling leaves solely to cover it 😅

I like the casual knife hold, this must have taken a lot of work! I haven't drawn in a long time, but any kind of colouring was always beyond me haha

I don't think you're giving yourself enough credit, making&maintaining lifestyle changes is difficult so you've already made progress by walking daily and making dietary changes. As for energy & vitality, if the heatwaves have been as bad for you there, that alone can be a factor in feeling fatigued

💯 I think I'm most likely to encounter is 'girls can't be real gamers' or 'girls shouldn't play games.' I feel it's less than it used to be but still out there. I think the only way men can get it is if they're willing to listen and correct their thinking even when they think they anyway get it.
