Initially he was not only not showing signs of being affected by the chemicals but looked like he was ready to beat the shit out of that cowardly “agent.” Hopefully he didn’t have any delayed concussion or head trauma issues later.

The Hennepin County Attorney’s Office doesn’t have their own investigators? The videos should be enough for a basic indictment, right? The local Prosecutor and MN AG should still pursue justice.

Seems like the video evidence available should be enough for basic state charges? Get an autopsy report and a few other details, what else is needed? A couple of decent working detectives in the MPD or Investigators in the Prosecutor’s Ofc should be able to identify the shooter and his accomplices.
