Whenever the "rate limit exceeded" indicator pops up, everyone starts posting about it, so if that indicator is about some kind of server side capacity limit, it may actually make the situation worse.

I’m an impulse button pusher, and I noticed whenever viewing feeds in bsky.app I push the blue satellite dish icon thingy several times before setting “add to my feeds”.
