Always happy to chat, but I will not be buying anything!
My petty law would be banning people from playing their music out loud in public. Not street performers, I mean on their phone, speaker, headphones, etc. Mandated headphone usage, volume cap, suppression of high bass and pitch. Tyranny.

I'll try it, someday, maybe. I'm not sure if I'll pull a summer of 22' and play them all in one sitting though, that will probably be a bit much for me.
I have a big enough backlog of games as is, but it won't hurt to wishlist another.

If it is ever on sale I may pick it up, but I'm a little Dragon Age fatigued (playing through all three games over one summer before VG was a marathon)
Not to mention the Dreadwolf development hell, kind of killed my hype.

That's probably why I liked BG3 so much, because it made me feel like I was playing Origins again.

And regarding gameplay: I have always been a mage player, always sided with the mages, fun stuff all around. And the one thing I've consistently heard positives about VG was the combat.

And as for the why, honestly I can't say 100% but the dialogue I've heard can be pretty corny, and I have heard the roleplaying elements are pretty limited.

From what I've seen of clips, I know that Veilguard won't be my thing. But I'm glad you are able to get enjoyment out of it.

And yeah I agree on you with Inquisition. It's just so...daunting to get through.

I gotta eat, sleep, drink. What next? Entertain myself?
Filling those bars is my only purpose.

Empty space with collectibles and radiant events in between to fill a catalogue.
There are so many games which I feel like would have been so much better if they just...weren't an open world.

Have not played Veilguard, so I cannot say anything about it.

I wonder what the lore implications of Hawke and crew singlehandedly depopulating Kirkwall on their nightly strolls are though.
