Thanks! I would love it if the replies to every AI art post were just tons of artists sharing their work.
December 2, 2025 at 12:50 PM
Personally, I find any art by an actual artist to be more appealing than AI slop. I would rather see somebody's rough squiggly doodles as long as it was genuinely made by them.

You really want to trust people's lives with the same technology that tells people to substitute glue for pizza cheese?
December 2, 2025 at 2:58 AM
AI art isn't art. I decided a while back I'm going to respond to AI "art" that I see by posting actual art I did. This is a digital drawing of the Doomguy blasting a hole through a demon. Have the day you deserve.

As someone who DID vote for Kamala as a form of damage control, I think it's shortsighted and naive to not put any blame at all on the party for failing to get those votes. They had very clear moves in front of them to get it done, and listened to donors and consultants instead.

Nah, they're probably just underpaid, overworked English speaking Americans. Plus, I love a good misspelled sign, so let them keep doing their thing.

I never bother to look at those numbers. This post made me curious, so I went and looked at what I think is probably the most obscure band I regularly listen to, and they have 125 monthly listeners.

(The band is Oh Yeah, The Future)

These are weird nit-picky non-issues people have been parroting for nearly a decade that don't actually hurt anything or mean anything.

A. Holdo's manuever doesn't break anything. It's something that would only ever work under specific circumstances and only if one were willing to sacrifice a huge capital ship on a long shot.

B. We see the bombs build momentum on rails before they leave the ship, this would work just fine.

Invading a country for oil is a quintessentially American move. It's a meme at this point. Has been for years.
November 30, 2025 at 5:50 PM
There isn't a single actual leftist on planet Earth who believes Trump is a peaceful guy, if that's what you're trying to say.
November 30, 2025 at 5:42 PM
Homie, the US invading countries to take their oil is so pervasive throughout history that it's a fucking meme. Where have you been?
November 30, 2025 at 5:36 PM
The problem is OP wrote this on a platform notorious for not picking up on sarcasm.
November 29, 2025 at 10:16 PM
I love how the one guy doesn't look afraid, he's just pissed off.

I really blame a lot of it on the writing more than the cast. I'm a couple episodes into this season and the dialogue is so much less naturalistic than it was early on in the show. Sometimes the kids are written like they're still 10, and it's jarring.

At this point does anyone even need to see the files to know what they would obviously tell us about Trump? What people who have met him have been telling us for years.

Also, Patel constantly looks like he forgot he had a public appearance scheduled and did a Scarface amount of cocaine just before.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, the president of the United States is functionally illiterate.
November 25, 2025 at 11:04 PM
Beyond wild that the party who believe in Qanon and Reaganomics are less likely to believe in aliens than other demographics.

Calls stuff "not real Star Wars". Immediately name drops one of the worst things to ever come out of Star Wars.

The first game is often frustrating, and some of the later puzzles are annoyingly obtuse. But there are also some interesting concepts at work in the mechanics and the narrative. 2 IS definitely the peak, though.

Thinking about the parlor in Fahrenheit 451. "The lights and the colors".
November 24, 2025 at 2:58 PM
I decided I'm going to start responding to AI art by posting something I actually made myself. This is a digital painting of a monster I did in Photoshop.

I really, really want to know what the movie would have looked like with the same script in the hands of another director. I've even heard some of the weird religious undertones and homophobia were additions not present in early drafts by Gunn. But that may or may not be true.
