3/4 Today, we honor the Black church for its unwavering commitment to uplifting our people and fostering a sense of belonging. Let's continue to build bridges, celebrate our diversity, and work together towards a future where everyone is included and valued, regardless of their beliefs.

2/4 It has nurtured leaders, inspired movements, and provided a sanctuary for those seeking justice and equality. While we acknowledge that the journey hasn't been perfect and there have been moments of struggle in embracing all members of our community, these instances are few and far between.
