Progress in question is like 20-30 pounds down, roughly. I'm in a lot better shape too, I can physically do things I've never been able to do before. I can squat down (if my bad knee allows it but that's injury and not physical shape related). I just did a pull up for the first time today.

Like hot take: sodas and stuff are disgusting and sugary drinks like that should be treated as badly as like, eating garbage. Same with fast food. Every time I try either I feel like shit. Maybe my body is sensitive but idk
