Air travel sucks so bad I haven't flown since 2009, and that was for work. Only two places I'd have to fly to on my bucket list, and unless airlines start treating paying customers like human beings, I'll stick to places I can take the train to or drive.

Looks fake to me. There's no point in making "general" factory robots, or to make them humanoid, or even ambulatory.

We need to start regarding confederates the way Germany regards Nazis. They were an inspiration for fascism, after all. And a bill banning all monuments to confederate and maga traitors.

I'm afraid that nothing short of 20 million people losing their health insurance will wake Americans up. And progressive Dems should focus their ire on Republicans until the primaries next year.

Actually, the shutdown is NOT over. The bill has to go to the House, which means Mike Johnson will have to finally swear in Adelita Grijalva, who will vote to release the Epstein files. Otherwise there will be no Democtatic votes for the senate bill, and the Republicans will own the coming pain.

If the Democrats take the House next year, Mike Johnson should be censured, and ideally should NOT be seated. But that would take a two thirds majority.
