Andy Fillmore and District 8 Coun. Virginia Hinch are hosting a town hall at the Needham Community Centre at 6pm tonight.

Fillmore has hosted a few town halls: in Lower Sackville, Lucasville, and one in Cole Harbour, which he shut down early. We will see what people have to say at tonight's event.

I think this class action lawsuit is for anybody in Nova Scotia with disabilities who was housed in institutions like nursing homes and hospitals instead of in proper housing. (I read through some of the info but it's written by lawyers so who knows.) #halisky #novascotia #canada #disabilities

4,281 collisions involving Halifax Transit buses from 2020 to 2024. That's a shocking number to me. Having said that I wouldn't want to be a transit driver! What a stressful job! (That of course doesn't make those stats acceptable.) #halisky

Having children seems to be a prerequisite as well. Neither has any relevance. Except maybe for the fact that if you have a husband and children and you're still surviving and going on to be successful outside the home you pretty much have to be a superhero.
