As we honor the birth, enlightenment, passing of the Buddha, may we walk Noble Path with mindfulness and compassion, and may merit of our prayers extend to all beings without exception. May the light of Buddha's enlightenment shine upon all corners of world, dispelling anger, hatred, ignorance.

It's really sad that he was taken with his family by the Chinese authorities from their home in Tibet at the tender age of six. Happy Birthday, Panchen Lama! May you spontaneously accomplish all your wishes.

"Form is emptiness & emptiness is form". I'm afraid I won't be able to explain in 1 tweet.Essence of emptiness (not the same thing as nothingness) is not an easy concept & certainly not everyone can comprehend without a good teacher. Just know that self-cherishing mind is what binds us to samsara.

Karuna arises when we try to see things from others’ vantage point. Instead of focusing on his actions, it might be helpful to turn inward. What is the essence of what you seek? Release the need to control his response. Be patient with yourself & with him, embracing impermanence of all conditions.

It’s Buddha Akshobhya, the Lord of the Vajra Family, the 5th Dhyani Buddha

Chanting the Dharani of Buddha Akshobhya or Mitrugpa (who is undisturbed by aggression and anger), calms the mind & nurtures inner tranquility through its resonant vibrations.
