i'm starting to like the theory that the one piece is the book we've been reading this whole time. maybe a more condensed, vague version, but the thing we've been holding our hands since the start.

my enjoyment of persona 4 was nowhere near ruined by this but i do think it was really funny that i didnt save after beating the hollow forest, and had to replay the whole dungeon after not getting the true ending
its not the worst writing decision in the world but its very silly.

since rocks kinda stole the flashback from harald (who kinda stole it from loki), i wonder if we'll ever get hindsight into loki's fascination with lola. i really thought the harald flashback would lead into it, but it's gone full god valley on us.

weird thing i noticed about loki: why did he have eyes when chiffon namedropped him for the first time? we now know that loki had bandaged eyes from a young age.

im not a fan of the kiwami games being complete remasters of the originals, straight up reusing animations and everything. they could've been opportunities to re-adapt each story with the future entries in mind, but instead became easy-to-make cash cows.
