You could not put it behind a subscription but then any arguments created around the content and it’s availability on the platform get harder to argue against. I say harder because we have an explicit user age verification check that gets saved onto the user account.

You’re correct, NSFW is allowed but it being behind a subscription helps with arguments around user age, since the terms of checkout demand users to be over 18 due to the nature of the content.
