What an unimaginable loss. While I loved some of the games he helped create, it's clear now that he was an inspiration to many people across the industry, and a genuinely good person. While we won't see any more creations directly influenced by him, his influence will be felt elsewhere. RIP

Crucial has been very hit and usually miss for me, but that doesn't mean that losing them absolutely sucks. Losing genuine competition is never good for the consumers.
Losing Starcadian this year was definitely a shock, and I still can't believe he's gone. Being #58 is quite a surprise though, and I'll continue listening to him for years to come.

Tron Ares was good. Didn't live up to my expectations, but it was still enjoyable. Lots of "THEY DID NOT" moments for me, but not nearly enough that harked back to Legacy or the original. Action choreography and music were superb. No Tron appearance is such a bummer. Credit scene was very exciting.

I'm so tired of this AI shit man. People using Google's AI overviews and just blindly trusting them, people constantly sending Sora videos to me, people at work blindly trusting what it puts out for them... it's exhausting man.

Haven't touched Fortnite since it got popular way too many years ago, but reinstalled it to experience the Daft Punk experience and boy that was so good. Starting with Contact was the best choice they could have made, absolutely adore that song, and the visuals went along soooo well

Then I actually looked into it and it's just a wrapper for general google/openai/etc models...
