Going a step further, all fantastical depictions could be considered non-consensual, as you should need consent from the fictional character to post them doing flip flops on top of someone else on the world wide web. Problem is they don't exist, so you technically just control them overall.

So the consent done in a possible way is something like "i just draw this girl saying she consents to being fucked by a minotaur that will break her ribs, in a simpler pic, on the side", which means that you have 0 context of when this consent was given, as it has no path from one to another.

The reason why you need A LOT of text to explain porn in a meaningful way is that you can face situations like:
-Adult character that acts like a child, not by roleplay, but by mental disability.
-The latina theorem with a very adult character with a tiny body.
-Consent being done in a possible way.
