Learning how to eat from a registered dietician on TT was lifechanging for me.Every meal/snack should be protein+carbs+fat or fiber with some color. When the 3pm slump hits you don't need coffee or an Alani Nu you need a Greek yogurt bowl w/nut butter,apple & some granola to balance your blood sugar
